This offensive gem would have the ability to have drifting properties with

0.08 stats lvl ( 20 - 80 ) and 2% mana regen 2% regen healt

( rare skill ) 0.09 stats lvl, 5% mana regen 5% healt regen 3% haste 3% tenacity
