The current effect of the green gem is from the hailstone gem and they were wrong I imagine (?)

Please revert the soulbinder-hailstone effect. I'm sure you will because its obviously unintentional seeing its a Frost effect lmao. But yes this is a bug guys fix pls, ty!

There has been a thread asking for an effect back during winter event and they already said they'll give us an effect back then. So this wasn't just a random effect added a lot later, but it took them until now to implement the new effect, that otherwise would've been added a lot sooner.
