Well the dungeon for 20-29 is still glitched. It only works during the quest, but after it sends you to the 10-19 one like before. Hoping to be able to farm for some 20 and 25 items before this event ends..
Join a 20-29 game from the join game screen.
Then when you finish the map go to exit level. Then on the main screen press "Continue" it should take you to the same lvl map you were at previously.

I can't join from the join game screen. Also can't hit continue after the game only gives me the option to go back to town, which brings me to balefort.

That's very strange.
On the join game screen:
1. Clear all search fields
2. Put "pumpkin" in the <Game Name> field.
You should see all available games in the Pumpkin King Lair. Try it that way, then try the continue button.

I thought u only can make pumpkin patch not lair..

You can't host Lair. But if you continue it will put you into an instance or create a new one.

In your join page can't you just set the lev to 20 - 29 (no map name) and join?

Yes... but then you won't see any games with higher level players.
