You get 2 costumes (the rent ones) and you get 1 (keepable) vanity. It's completely random so u might get multiples too. Check out the Halloween item pack vanities guide, all the obtainable vanities are there.

Uh, I didn't intend to "spite" sts with that statement. Like a "You aint getting my money cause you suck." I just meant that I'm not gonna waste any more plat on those packs :D
