You are not able to change your character's class. That said, you can buy a new character slot for 5 Plat.

Impossible. Atleast in my 2 years I've been here haven't seen/heard of that happen.

Yes it's possible to downgrade it a few levels. Pm support they'll do it for ya

Yea few other players have been deleveled more than 10 but alas I was allowed, forced to also create a 61.

During humania cap and when "ffa" was l71 and was deleveled to l56 and wear his l56 obe xbow set when it was expensive and rare. And he was changing levels very often lol next day 71 then next day 56 and so on, ask him...

Just to be accurate here. Yes, you can do this. You can also tell them to give you free platinum and make you a dev as well. Does that mean they will take orders from you? Most likely not, so I wouldn't try it.

It is a gamble to be deleveled. Asked support for one level downlevel and didn't get it, when plenty of others were granted it.

Theres LOTS they do/did for some some, but didnt do for others, depends on the dev aswell, from what i noticed

Sts shows great favortism towards certain players. If you are in the "clique" then yea they will do what you ask. Just look at ffa who was de-leveled from 71 to 56. i have a friend in guild who asked to be delveled 5 levels they said "no". There are many instances where others are more favored then the regular person. So there ya go, gotta join the "clique".
