How does the full set look like? Does it worth it, or it's some legendary but ugly stuff for pimps?

The tops/hats cannot be stashed. Will this be changed in the future? Is it a bug or intentional?

i spent 30 plat on both sets and got only 2 red tops and 1 yellow hat :/

I spend 50 plats. I got 2 Iron Hand Top, 2 Iron Hand Claws. Still no hat lol..
I spent about 40 plat and got both sets top/hat/weapons with one extra top.
BUT! I bought them on the same toon assuming like other plat vanities/gear that they would be stashable. :(

I got duplicate hats and tried to give one to a friend. Such a bummer we can't give them away.
