Mini Event Respec Scrolls

Just a short feedback about respec scroll drop rate.
I run on my Level 5 Hardcore and been running 20 times in brackenridge (Jarl boss) yet not a single respec scroll.
I run 30+ times in event map (3 bosses) and got nothing too. Does respec scroll only drop in high level map?
Any answer would be appreciated Thank you so much!!!!!!

Yikes, sorry you're having so much trouble. Looked into this...

1) These "from bosses" mini-events typically don't work in event zones.

2) Jarl in Brackenridge is classified as miniboss. I'd have to know the dungeon you're in to be sure (since we have several versions of him).

3) Drop rates seem to be fair.

Thanks a lot for clarification..my bad i didnt know about it didnt work in event xD.

2) so boss after Jarl ( Thunk One Eye) in the same map os considered as boss. Now i understand. Thank you for answering!!
