If you are having a problem playing Arcane Legends, this is the sub-forum to post the details. First though, please use the search feature to see if the issue has been reported already. When you post, please try to be as detailed as possible, including how you are playing (what device and what OS version it is running) and what error messages or details of the problem. When the team reads your post, they'll be looking to recreate your issue so it can accurately be fixed.

A few things you should include:

Device name and manufacturer: Apple iPhone 6s 64GB, Samsung Galaxy S7
OS version number: iOS 9.x or Android 5.x
State your device was in: WiFi, 3G, 4G, LTE
Whether or not you are rooted/jail broken, and if so, what ROM you're running.
What version of the game you are running. You should be up to date, but there is always the chance that you haven't updated yet.
Detailed but concise summary of what you were doing when the error happened and what, exactly, the error did. Example: I was running through the Rooks Nest and shot a fireball, the screen froze when it exploded and crashed to the home screen.
