Level 10s dont dual spec... Or use bird... You'll get pooped on by bears and mages...

Try a few things to see what works for you but Id go max dexterity and use the dex Hween shield with the paw wand and expert leathers. Use a damage or armor ring. 5 fire 1 ice and 3 heal is what Id start with, and then tweak it to your liking.

All Im saying is, there's a reason you dont hear about pro level 10 birds or lvl 10 bird tournies. The last level 10 tourny was dominated by bears and mages, and the F bow hasnt changed that too much.
