DL plat items bug or wtf?

I've got a lvl 13 account (a lvl 31 too) and i decided to make a nice gear to pvp by buying plat. I've bought 135 plat to get the stuff, but i only managed to get a friggin immortalius wep out of 90 plat. Today i decided to buy the ecliptic moon gem, bought another 135 plat , and tried it. No luck at all !!!!! WTF is going on . Paying 40$ to get nothing ? This sounds great... How hard is to get one of those plat items? Everyone i know got them on their 3rd or 4th try.*

Just report it to sts..and they should refund you plat and give you the items you wanted..;)

Umm i don't think so... on my main i got everything without logging in-out. Had 500 plat now i have 350 left , got an icy talon (30plat) , moon gem, crimson bracelet, both the light and iron hand outfits, hats, a claw. And also bought more inventory space.
