Availbility of Arcane Legends for Android 2.2 ?

Just wondering and hoping if Arcane Legends will be able to download and play on an Android 2.2 or lower devices .
Any statements on that ?

It completely depends on Chipset and Open GL version

For AL or DL or new upcoming engines for SL and PL u need minimum requirements of:-

android 2.2
Chipset-ArmV7
Qualcomm V7

Processor : Qualcom MSM7227-1 Turbo

Well it said that you can upgrade it to gingerbread so i think you should be good and able to play arcane.... but i may be wrong.... (ive owned lots of samsung starting from samsung galaxy s, samsung galaxy 2, galaxy 3 and the note 2)

What device do you have? Derp edit, I didn't see the wiki link.

That msm7227 is a Snapdragon S1 SoC, an arm6 processor, and if I'm not mistaken, AL only supports arm7 devices. Once it releases, just try to dl it and play it. It may work.

If they used a new client other than current PL/SL/DL it will not work. If they didn't it may work but only up until the point the new client is released, which will require a new device Arm-V7.

@Ipakash, Unfortunately as it's Arm-v6, even updating OS, it will not change anything.

chipsets is like Motherboard of your PC err how can i make u understand...its a Chip which OWNS ur phone Withiut it u cant run anything..so everything kinda depends upon it...it is a hardware stuffs and u cant really change it...Well ur GIO owns a armv6 processor or chipset..thats the same issue with my galaxy mini so i am buyung a new phone that will have armv7!

Nah dude fridge only has MSX525357282 QUALCOMM SNAPDRAGON A8 CHIP. Toaster has the MSXHHV673728353 QUADRUPLECOMM SNAPDRAGON A2575 CHIP. Big difference.
