In the same town as the guild hall castle, all the way down in the southwest corner.

Yeah, I can't remember the name, though. It's a big castle with cannon everywhere. Also, you can shoot the cannons! BOOM!

The guild hall and auction house are in the "Great City of Kraag", Arcane Legends's equivalent of a "Alien Oasis" type town. Kraag is the town on the map at the very top right.
