Egg-Stravaganza
+ Increased Scrambled Egg-Zavier drop rates for Arcane/Heroic/Arcanite eggs
+ As soon as the Egg-Zavier is spawned in a zone, the zone is closed for random joins
+ Reduced difficulty of miniboss monsters and wolf pack encounters in Egg-Zavier's Scrambled realm.
+ Miniboss monsters in Egg-Zavier's Scrambled realm now also drop Pet Egg loot.
+ Increased gold loot in Egg-Zavier's Scrambled realm.
+ Added Common Pet Eggs to Egg-Zavier's global loot by request (to help with APs).
+ Fixed drop rates for various egg rarities in the Egg-Zavier's Deviled Crate.
+ Eligibility for the Inside-Out portal is no longer lost when dying.
+ Eggzavier should be less prone to appearing to teleport.
Last Valley
+ Event hud element should once again appear in Last Valley.
Other
+ Fixed an issue that prevented the Star Beast item set buff to apply correctly in certain cases.
+ Display a cooldown timer on the HUD to show when the Star Beast item set buff can proc again.
+ Adjusted Halo holders to allow for lower placement. Existing holders in houses and house loadouts have been adjusted to appear unchanged.
