Cheap build=
Forgotten bow
Lvl 20 snipers plat set (helm, leather)
Dex dmg/crit ring
Or another cheap build=
Forgotten bow
Lvl 21 crystalline items
Dex dmg/crit ring
Most people might say strength items instead of dex but I've had better luck lvls 20-26 with the dex items
Skills are not so easy to share :P
