Upload a picture - in this case the meme through photobucket - you can view how to upload the picture in a step by step guide by utopi
I had someone explain it to me before. If you're using a computer then copy and paste it into something like paint. Save it as what ever you want. Then go on forums and click the "insert image" button. It should be on the "from url". switch that to "from computer." Choose the file you saved and click upload. It should say something like attach=config, have a number between and then /attach. Just to make sure I'm right, I'll post a pic of my own.

Lmao at the reactions from players after seeing a Dragon piece fall! That's exactly how it is...players freaking out. The best drops you can get in the game & one of the hardest to find...takes a lot of runs. I swear you're in shock when it happens & it's the best feeling when you see those pink words fill your screen.
