im back and i need help

Ok so I used to play pl 24/7 on my ipod but it was stolen from my locker at school 5 months ago.
Now I have my new phone. And I'm back at the game but I need help.
I have a pure int enchantress lv 33. and about 15 plat.
I'm considring duel specing my charcter but I could use some tips.
Any tips would be appricated.

Hey GTI,

There are a couple ways to go. I recommend at lower levels that you do not spend any points into STR, as it won't be as helpful then. Try having a dex/int build with a crossbow... however, I prefer having all INT and using a wand/bracer. It makes leveling easier when you're not with a group.
