 Hi i will suggest you with a new feature the melting useless things into stardust

Having wondered what to do with not stashable/tradable/bound items, vanities or equipment in inventory? Like those who can be brought with red coins in festerfang outpost?
Not a problem here's a solution to this problem we could have a new system of melting unused items we don't need for stardust, every item depending on rarity will give a fixed smaller or bigger quantity of stardust, the stardust will be used dor upgrading other equipment like kraken equipment, to the maximum level of upgrades who should be +5 (upgradable levels) of the current equipment or level so smaller pvp players can't exploiting the melting system for insta-wins, also remaining stardust which can upgrade an equipment should gained with platinum as well.
Let's say we have a kraken weapon who need 5000 stardust to level 86 and we have melted a leprechaun amulet who give us 300 stardust we could brought not owned stardust with 4700 platinum, also stardust could be removed and re-added to the same or other items in melting crafting stations in each big city so every stardust we have doesn't lost and instead is saved in inventory just like the awakening gems.

Not sure what gear would really benefit from this. Unless procs also get stronger, kraken at lvl 86 wouldn't be any different.
What would get significantly stronger tho is zaarus set and especially nepta and hyoeros would outperform kraken even more if they were lvl 86.

Would probably be difficult to balance this in a way, where new gear is still worth getting.

The only benefit is the jewels for the level but really if it does not have a process increase it would be of no use

There's an idea similar to this we have that will make trash loot a little more useful (similar to the forge in PLA). No details at this time.

Yea that sounds good. I've seen other games do something like this: They allow you to "melt" (sell) any unused item and turn it into a raw material used for crafting other items. For example, melting weapons into raw iron scraps that you can use later to forge new weapons. Or combining these raw materials into something like potions, food or spells. Definitely worth taking a look at this.
