I live in Canada, I have an iPhone 4 and a laptop, I can't figure out how to play AL....I have tried downloading it with google play and it says I don't have anydevices connected with it :/ can someone help me

You'll need an Android device.
Currently, Arcane Legends is in Limited Release and only available via Google Play (for Android devices) in Canada and Australia. Once the game is fully launched (at some time in the future - we haven't announced specifically when) it will be available on the Apple App Store and on the web for play via Chrome or Flash.
