Skill perk don’t work

Hi devs,

While using Forced March of Rallying Cry, charged Rallying Cry gives 10% movement speed.
But the Evading Charge perk, which supposed to add additional 10% movement speed doesn’t work.

I tried both charged and regular Rallying cry, in both cases I get 10% ms only (with Evading Charge perk enabled)

Can u fix that, thanks.

Are you using any speed elixirs? If so - they may be giving you a higher bonus.

Pretty sure this perk is non (stacking) so like cinco mentioned already if using speed elixir then this perk will not stack on top of those

I made some more tests, and results are pretty strange. Firstly, I tried with and without 25%ms elixir - same result, I get only +10%ms.
I dismissed pet, and unequipped every item. My base speed is 1.15x ( 10ms from location and 5ms passive)
Charged rally cry add 35%ms!!! Instead of expected 10%+10%. So with no equipment and no pet I get 1.5x speed after using rally cry skill.

Than I equipped zodias set 3/3. Still get +35%ms bonus
Added star beast set 3/3. Same result +35%ms bonus
Summoned a pet with h polar happiness bonus 30% stacking ms. Still same result - rally cry adds 35%ms!

And after I equipped insidious set - rally cry started to add 10%ms only

I tried different combination of gears and pets, but when I have equipped insidious set - skill gives only +10% ms, without insi set - +35%ms instead of 20% mentioned in description of skill. So seems something is working not as supposed.

When using SS this perk will not stack and add to your ms if also using speed elixir

This perk is really only useful for someone without a SS I.e new players probably

Seems like that, but if it’s true, I don’t get the logic, why this perk won’t stack with SS, while the perk from Venegerful Blood which give +15%ms stacks perfectly with all my gear, including SS

Maybe its that extra 5% putting over the limit for stacking maybe devs can confirm

'Forced March' is (and has always been) 25% non-stacking speed.
'Evading Charge' is 10% stacking speed.

These appear to work as expected, other than the description on Forced March, which I'll fix.
