I understand it as no two of the same jewel will stack. So you can stack for example a vyromir castle stone with a vryomis furious castle stone because technically they are different stats.

Anyone figured out if royal bone enraged is percentage heal or actually just 2 hp/secI was lucky enough to get polish jewel within 2 attempts. Now I can confirm it's actually just 2 hp/sec, which I think is underwhelming even at lvl 1.
