If they cost over 20m each, are not removable, and have a 1% chance for a special effect atleast change the percent from 1 to 20-30%. 1% takes over 30 tries usually on average, no one trying to spend 600m+ on a jewel that gives slight better stats.

We don't set the gold price for these, other players do.

You guys know how to manage it though, people have to spam open a ton of those chests just to get the jewel making it expensive, plat to gold conversion is 5 plat is 300k gold on average.

We'll keep this in mind for future jewels, but I can't justify changing it after players have acquired them. You said it yourself, if you don't want the jewel or don't see it's value, don't buy it. Based on demand, the gold price will either rise or fall.

agree to not change it now,
but recognize the demand is separate from the value which is also dependent on ridiculous chance
(which some don’t appreciate)
