What's the best PVE and BOSS skill build for Mage?

Hi, I decided to main mage and I would like to know what skill build to use for PVE and BOSS

Fireball,curse, shield, clock, lightning as skills, depends on you :) and perks everything with crit damage/ boss damage/debuff armor.

Critical Shot 5/5; Damage 5/5; Haste 5/5; Knowledge 5/5.

Masteries

Fireball 10/10; Lightning 10/10; Curse 10/10.

Skills

Fireball [1R 2L 3L]: Gives you boss damage and stuns mobs.

Lightning Strike [1L 3R]: High damage and improves damage when you hit a critical.

Time Shift [1R 3 4]: Used to stop mobs and useful to activate the staff proc.

Lifegiver [1 2L 3 4R]: Helps you and your party survive the Boss' blockage of health and mana pots.

Arcane Shield [1L 3R 4L]: Reduces damage and 3.5 seconds of immortality. Good for pulling hordes of mobs and surviving damage over time.

Curse [3R 4]: Makes mobs and bosses take more damage and gives you a damage boost.


It works like this:

Ekenta

I use Arcane Shield to stay inside the red circle attacking the boss. And Fireball, Lightning Strike and Curse to attack.

Rahabkor

Lifegiver to stay alive at the end when you can't use potions and help allies. And Fireball, Lightning Strike and Curse to attack.

Hedourah

Fireball and Lightning to activate the Kraken's armor. And then Curse breaks the boss's defense. Use Shield to survive the damage over time that the boss does when it is close to teleporting.

Depends on the boss

Ekenta & Hedo- 4 attacks no ult
Raba- ice, light, heal, shield, no ult
Regular elite boss maps & many events- usually 4 attacks w ult

So varies on boss, but tbh gear is more important than skill set up

Bad gear with good skills = bad
Good gear with bad skills = good
