Dreamscape Quests/Weapons after lvl66 (Elysian materials needed)

Ok... I left AL long before the Stronghold maps and came back to the game long after. I didn't know there was a level restriction on the dreamscape line and flew through leveling up without completing them.
I've read in the forums that perhaps STS has changed the level restrictions to allow players higher than lvl66 to complete them. But I'm struggling on HOW.
I currently have the "Legend of the Dreamscape" quest as the next to complete, in which I am supposed to craft the legendary dreamscape weapon.
I'm told that's the "elysian" line in the crafting section.

But, how do I get the ingredients/materials required for the elysian weapon? (see screenshot)266795

If I lay down in a bed, it takes me to the daily "Demon of the dreamscape" quest. I cannot lay down in the bed a second time (as recommended in another forum post) and travel anywhere. Though I'm told if I buy an elixir, I can enter the demon of the dreamscape quest multiple times per day. But I've run the demon of the dreamscape map many many times and it has never dropped a single material for the elysian weapon.

Other than buying them in auction, where can I obtain the materials for the elysian weapon?

You have to buy x Dream Seeker Elixir (x = your class) to be able to loot your desired class crafting materials from Ashera in the nightmare raid zone.

Wait for 22nd of the month,it's double loot in nightmare zone, buy your class lix in the map for 77k and luck lixes and gl.
About the dream map,it's one time map, you should complete it and won't let access there anymore.

u can go multiple times, just talk to the npc near the fountaine at cancel of light

Just buy the legendary weapon and start the mythic quest. Simple if can find. I have the staff
