Deluxe Versions of Existing House Deeds

The Idea

These would be newer versions of existing house deeds (excluding open floor house) that would have an additional 50 house slots i.e Deluxe Tavern would have a bonus 150 slots instead of the usual 100. Flooring and wallpaper are up to you but the shape and dimensions must stay the same.

How to get them

Using Deluxe Tavern as an example. The ingredients would be a Tavern deed + Open house deed (Open house deed will be a key ingredient in crafting all these deluxe deeds).

Everyone wins

- Normal deeds don't lose value as they are used for crafting and aren't dumped.
- If you own an open floor house deed it will actually increase in value due the demand for it being a crafting ingredient.
- People like me who want to maintain our builds without changing to open floor can now do that while gaining an extra 50 slots
- I don't see how STS loses in this situation

Spend 1k+ platinum to craft an identical house deed with 50 more slots? Sts will provide us the option to buy more house slots like they’ve been doing for 5 plat per house slot.

I’ve suggested that they introduce different open floor plan deeds with flooring that matches with the decorative blocks (stone, iron, arcanite, etc). Also looking forward for bigger decorative blocks so we can design the walls ourselves without having to use up hundreds of house slots.

Realistically no ones spending plat to buy deeds. Most of us wait for Jarl.

But yeah I do agree it would be nice to have newer (bigger) blocks. At least half the size of a tavern rug would save up so many slots.
