Does Killing Hailstone stack?

Hello, does normal and rare variant of hailstone stack with each other?

I think it should stack, since it works like that with other jewels such as “twisted tyrant jewels” and new “castle stones”, but sadly I can’t confirm it myself, since command /stats doesn’t show %chance to freeze and it’s pretty diffucult to count the chance manually.
