New Option to hide equipment visuals

I think it'd be nice to have the option to hide certain visuals coming from singular items, such as arcane/mythic artifacts, rings, weapons like the ker'shal staff, etc.

I can see why that's useful, I'd perfer not to see my zaar sets underglow while I use my vanity so +1
