it grants superuser privledges, allows you to change the firmware......heres a example

those are screenshots from a kindle fire, its not a hard process but its very tedious and nerve racking if you have never done it, i wouldnt recommend attempting it without doing extensive research and having a unbrick tool

I was to the point of thinking of quiting the game but it is my favorite game to play so I kept going and I am glad I did
