10 Stats in awak = 1%?

Hi just wondering hm stats in awak is considered 1%?

For example a gear with 15 Int/Str/Dex?

Depend how much stat you got i guess....for example if you have 3000 str the 1% of that is 30 str and not 10 str

It depends on your base dex str int. An average lv 86 player should have a 1.3k-1.55k base primary stat, 10% is normally 130-155 dex.
Base stat is made up from jewels, gear stat, +x awakes not%, pet stat, house location, and skill points.
