I need your help, I'm a rogue and have a budget of 285m, can I get gear up with this budget (Not Zaarus set), or do I need to save even more?

Not maxed out, mainly a party set thats flexible. You will need people to run with, you won't be able to solo stuff like hedourah.
Kraken daggs -gl awa preferably.
Kraken bow- awa doesn't matter.
Star helm- dex awa.
Kraken vest- gl awa preferably.
Kraken belt- dex awa.
Haste set- dex awa.
Star arti- dex awa.
Star brace- dex awa.
Thats how I would set up a single set with out a need much to swap sets other than to a gold loot set.
