How are you currently levelling?
1) find a good, consistent group
2) buy 1.5 gold elixers if you don't have any plat
3) grind crypt until 65/66 and then hit hunania
4) ??
5) Profit.

Elixirs are really the only way to go for fast leveling. The weeklong double xp is a great help if you have limited platinum to spend.

i second the weeklong double xp.
The constant week of 2x XP adds up a lot and will go a loooong way to getting you there.
