Hey all! Sorry if this is in the wrong discussion but I recently came back to AL and realised I cant access my account anymore due to the removal of Facebook login [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]. I already emailed support but haven’t received a response yet… Did anyone that faced the same issue (missed the reminder email to modify account) manage to get their accounts back? Also i want to ask what details do we need to provide for the support team (eg the FB email the account was linked to or proof the account was me etc)? And how long did it take for support to get back?

i faced the same issue and have recovered my account already. took like a week less.

you will need to submit a ticket to sts support. click the support tab above and click on “facebook login”. itll give you instructions on how to get your account back. i think the most important detail would be if you bought platinum in that account, prepare the receipts for it; they also provide how to get the receipts if you dont have them saved.
