My friend (Cookie) said that he reserved his name, but he didn't get it in AL. Glitch?

I was told in-game that someone also took my name when I had reserved it.

maybe it was reserved in another game? who knows

but yea. emailing sts is the best way to go

Here's my theory. Someone who had the same name as you in a different game reserved the name before you did. Then when you reserve the name, you would be wasting 20 platinum because the name in the other game that you have has already been reserved before you reserved your name, thus, making you not able to get your name.

Actually no, I heard about that happening to somebody. It gives an error. Friend of mine who had a name in SL that fit awesomely for DL had tried to reserve it, but when tried was told it was already reserved. Somebody else had reserved it in PL.
