Frost Bolt can 100% freeze multiple mobs when close enough to 4+ mobs.
The upgrade 'Ice Wielder' gives 20% chance to freeze even far away I remember. I see quite a lot of people getting this upgrade compared to the old days.
Ice Wielder no longer disable 100% multiple freeze when close up to mobs now? There is a perk increasing 15% dmg after Ice wielder.
