Jewel Elixir

Can we have jewel elix in vendor in chest form? We hc need many of this since we need to farm jewels in our char. We've tested to buy multiple elix in vendor but you can only buy one until the latest elix expires.

and please make jewel elixirs stackable like event elixirs where u can open bunch and stack

and please make jewel elixirs stackable like event elixirs where u can open bunch and stack+1 on stacking. Jewel elixirs are also in chest form when looted from runner chest, so can we have this please in chest form from vendors.
