Is there every tourneys held for these levels any class?
The 17 tourney just ended. You can make your own tourney if you'd like being 15-17. It probably could not have Crossbone Shields though, or any cool vanities, for this requires a good person that Devs/Mods could trust, like Apollo. That's why he hosted the 26 Tourney for one of his friends, because the friend didn't have the ability to officially host one.
