Visit Bandero in town to begin the Banner Bash Event, then pass through the free portal to face off against the greedy Yeti!
Earn event points and progress through event tiers. This event is open to all levels.

There are brand new banners featuring trophies of your vanquished foes,
plus shiny new badges, titles, and frosty new vanity weapons. Read on!

After reaching Platinum tier, you will encounter General Cravyn.
Be sure to confront Bandero about General Cravyn's treachery!
Face him again for a chance to drop Locked Highfrost Provisions Crate which contains...

+ Recipes, Elixirs, Gold
+ Legendary Highfrost Weapons (2h Sword, Staff, Daggers) up to lv 85
Specifically: Levels 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, (and every 5 levels up to) 85!

Legendary Highfrost Weapon Proc:
Chance to freeze targets for up to 6 seconds in PvE, 3 seconds in PvP.
Targets take additional ice damage when freeze effect ends.
10 second cooldown.

Legendary Highfrost Weapon Kill-Streak Buff:
Plus, defeat 5 enemies in rapid succession to earn the following buff:
+25% Primary Stat, +20% Critical Hit Damage, and +30% Damage (all buffs stack) for 15 seconds.
25 second cooldown on activation. Kill count restarts when cooldown ends.

The deceitful General also rarely has a chance to drop the Highfrost Golden Order vanity set...

Highfrost vanity weps are already pretty cheap. Anyway we can get a different color version of them instead of the exact same one? The gold needed to craft is pretty much the same price as the weps too

I love vanity weapons, but aren't they the same as they were a few years ago? I ask because I have seen the weapons at auction even at 8m. And if they are the same, crafting them for 10m leaves me thinking a little.

If you change the color, or maybe make them a little different, isn't it better?

Yes. It can stun up to 2.5 seconds in any context.

Note: like other 'freeze' effects that function in PvP, the Yeti Blizzard Blast will apply a 'freeze immunity' for a short period after being afflicted.

Wow STS, a very well thought out event! Awesome! The tier rewards and drop rewards for this event allow new players to make a good amount of gold ( Especially if they get to plat tier) and have a chance to loot quite a bit of goodies. I have to say gz on this one! Should be very active.

This year we're awarding a "Burning Page" to every character that reaches Platinum Tier, eliminating the rare / luck factor :-)
