Anyone else wondering about /accountreward

So if you go into chat and type / you get access to all chat commands and one of them is /accountreward reward_id. Alot of my friends have been trying random codes with no success. I am wondering what this does and if its even actually accessable via normal user or if its a special code for admins+.
