hello guy's.. newbie here,need some help about power(skill)

hiya... umm i disable the auto skill thing on power,i wanted to know what power's should i get..i think my skill points kinda messed up now T_T ,help me out guy's..
and we can only use 4 power's when doing dugeon/pvp?...thats all,, thanks \m/

T_T i knew it,,i meesed up my power points,i guess i need to reskill all my points that need to use plat :(
i saw Chilango's Assassination Build(s) thread and it help me out too...

And,in addition,skills which excel in PVP and PVE are different. We can both use skills in any mode, however, there skills which can damage enemies more in PVP than in PVE. DArk Binding has no use for me in PVP, but is very appropropriate for PVE. :) Add me! Winterkate or Summerkate.

Ah, I use dark binding, guess I should respec one more time and have dark binding but also another one for pvp then.
Or I just use my second vamp for pvp and my main vamp for PvE lol
