Could Minstrel Tales be enabled for lvl 1 and 2 too?

Currently you need at least lvl 3 to do them, considering that Story Tokens are needed for pets slots and that there isn't any other way of getting them, i believe it to be appropriate that everyone can do them.

That or maybe include a Story Token sack to the token vendor (60 story tokens for a 50 story token sack), that way we can use the main account to buy the sack for the lvl 1-2 characters :).

I'll can add the Story Token conversion. We typically do 2:1 for tradable, but if bound, maybe the ratio is a bit more favorable.

If it's just the pet issue, the Pet Revamp will address this.

-ALSTy for the answer, it can be 2:1, even if non-tradeable as long as you can stash it (There is literally nothing to spend tokens on since the inventory slots were removed from the vendor).
