Hi Devs I would like to talk about a few things...
First of all, when will you guys update your website? It's been over 10 years and it still looks the same. How can we bring in new players and have them stay when the forums doesn't look that attractive? You have a whole community of players who love this game.. you could easily make a forum event where who can design the best website will get rewarded and I'm sure there will be a few players who will participate...
Secondly, please and I mean please listen to your players. No one asked for you guys to revamp awakening gems, but you still chose to do it without any opinions from your players. There are many great suggestions that are being asked from players but you overlook it or add it to the list of things to do.
Thirdly, be more open to your community. We all love this game to death. How many of us quit and came back just cus? If there are financial issues I'm sure there are better ways to deal with it where everyone wins. We need p2w and f2p players to keep the game alive. If there are no fish (f2p) in the sea the whales (p2w) will starve.
Fourthly, do you guys have a twitter? I feel like there should be more conversations between players and Devs. If not twitter then here on the forums.
Maybe you guys are burnt out, stressed, or lost passion, or even all of the above but we will always be here to support you guys. And there will always be ways to rekindl the fire. <3
