Increase The Chances for SB Gears in Locks & Remove some Kraken Gears

I think its about time to start lowering the price of the SB gears like a SB Amulet, SB weapons, SB Belts and more.
Also, let's remove the Kraken Rings, Kraken Amulets, Kraken Helms from locks and especially from the Guarentee loot which upset every player who gets these.

We just need an event with lockeds like omen, the first locked that did drop op amounts of those gears( we could see armor and helm for 6-7m, belt, ring, art and bracelet for 15-20m each), not because of many people open, but due the rate % was way better than those lockeds we been getting with recent events. +1 for the removal of useless pieces from guaranteed loot.

We'll look into this. We're somewhat in a transition period here because players complained early on about getting mythics from guaranteed loot.
