Stacking Cursed Skull jewels

So to my knowledge the -5% Hp/sec does not stack, but does the +12 primary stat stack like the Souldbinder jewel does? If I slot 3 cursed assassin skulls in one item do I get 36 effective DEX?

the normal variant is the same as heavy arcanite stone. no stacking on bonuses and debuffs. The deluxe version of it does not have that specific text though.

I'm wondering too. For 1 jewel it's not worth the 5%hp/3%hp
If I slot a full set It might be worth it
