Which among these two give the most damage output? And also what is the best pet combo
Both. I use the heroic polar.
Anyway. Do you have 100% crit, or close to it, after the proc? Use critical damage, if not use haste.

h sabra, vermilius and prisma
sabra most cheap (best choice in my opinion)
verm the best on hedo rn (also low cd)
prisma the best gl aa pet (also has elite dmg, which will be very useful in priority when elite elder comes out, and cd 20 sec is OP)
