View Full Version : Tried to buy plat, but it didn't work.
In the game, i tried to buy something. It directed me to buy some plat. I followed the instructions and spent $9.99 for some plat using 'google play'. The plat never showed up. In the past I used your web site, and the plat always showed up immediately.
Is it bad to buy plat in the game? Maybe I should have used the web site? Or, is plat purchase broken at this time?
Never mind... The plat showed up 30 minutes later. I guess using google to buy plat is the slow method.

We're sorry to hear you had a slow experience using in-app purchase. Sometimes it is very snappy, sometimes there are ghosts in the machine that slow it down. By far and away, the vast majority of purchasers have a very fast turn around on their transaction.

I'm coming up to 3 hours and still haven't received my platinum i bought this morning. Don't want to progress any further in the game in case I'm unable to purchase the Premium bundle and cannot afford it until I get this platinum. It only took a few seconds last time I bought plat.

Ok so I waited for a few more hours and got bored so decided to buy another 10 plat. This time I would use a more trusted method by visiting the spacetime studios site and using PayPal to buy my platinum. Several hours later and im yet to receive platinum from either transaction and have yet to receive a reply from support who I can understand will be very busy at the moment but I am becoming very disillusioned with the situation.
