nice one, with a couple small tweaks i could make it a spraypaint stencil. lol at aerosmith, having a circle with an A inside made me think of something else entirely.

Only rule for a stencil is that you can't have a circle inside a circle so to speak. So the A has to be changed a lil. The bar that connects the legs of the A has to not touch both legs, so that you can have the triangle inside the A ( which will no longer be a triangle.
If you did 2 different stencils you could even have that lighter shade of grey.
When I get home I can draw what I mean on an iPad (at work now).
Here's a paper one I did of the movie rear window done in paper (with picture cctv carot cams in the back)

Ok, first to simplify lets imagine this has no grey shadow, just the black and white. The white is your medium ( cardboard, paper, or thin plastic ), the black marks are the things that you cut out of the sheet of paper/plastic. The red marks I've made would not be cut out.

I think if you click the pic you'll see it in more detail, if it's hard to see.

Cutting out the middle without leaving some bits unnaturally attached would lose detail, which is why stencils are totalty dif then other arts. The grey double shadow would be a separate piece of paper/whatever done just before or after the black. Hard to explain.
Here's one I did of William s Burroughs, look at his left eye. I had to leave odd attachments that you would not normally draw.
