I recently started a new account from a new email to see the difficulty of a new user of the game. The game has become absurdly slow to level up, when I mean new account I mean from scratch without any cheats (without artifacts or anything)
I would like to propose a concept to motivate new players to decide to give the game a try. The game right now does not offer a decent amount of gold, when a new player sees the prices to acquire a decent weapon they will leave the game immediately, in 2 hours of play they will obtain level 10 and only 11k gold. I think a great idea would be for the new player to follow a "legendary path".

What is the legendary path?
Basically the player will follow a kind of battle pass. This battle pass will go up to level 30 so that the player has money to purchase equipment. This will serve as a motivation to acquire the next level and thus maintain a more active mass of players.

Requirements:
The player must level up to unlock each of the level rewards until reaching level 30 (example player have level 1 he can claim the reward level 1 , level 2 ....).

Note: The player is blocked from accessing the stash to avoid cheating. Obtaining equipment with X% xp, arcane equipment, same principle as a player who decides to create a hardcore class.

Rewards:
Level 1 - Sack of gold coins (20K)
Level 2- Potions (45 HP 40 MANA)
Level 3- 30 Story Tokens
Level 4 - Gold coins (40K)
Level 5 - Gem's Box (Standar to precise (Fury/Finesse/Mind))
Level 6 - Potions (100HP 100MANA)
Level 7 - Gold coins (60K)
Level 8 - beginner's vanity (A vanity based on a fantasy knight/wizard or assassin). Not tradable.
Level 9- Nekro's Egg (Adds itself to the stable)
Level 10 - Boost xp x3 for 2 hours.
Level 11 - "Leveler" achievement flag
Level 12 - Gold coins 200K
Level 13 - 50 non-tradable keys.
Level 14 - Luck increased by 3 for 2 hours.
Level 15 - Skeletops adds itself to the stable
Level 16 - rare gem pack up to precise (mind/fury/finesse) depends on your class
Level 17 - equipment (ring + collar) double speed not marketable. "Initiate double speed set"
Level 18 - Gold coins 300K
Level 19 - title "Arcane Leveler" red color.
Level 20- location for random house "non-tradeable"
Level 21- 50 awakening gems untradeable
Level 22- Boost xp x4 for 2 hours.
Level 23-10 Elite Awakening gems
Level 24- Massive Beginer Locked crate (15 platinum cost - Drops arcane 76 gear , Arcane & Arcanite pets also drops house decorations and have the small probability to drop a rare old vanity weapon) - UNTRADEABLE ITEMS (example i drop 76 arcane gear i cannot sell on auction)
Level 25- Grand sack of gold coins (500K)
Level 26-random arcane egg box
Level 27- Potions (500HP 500MANA)
Level 28- Treasure coins (1m)
Level 29-Boost xp x5 for 2 hours.
Level 30 - Platinum pack (15 to 50)

Note: To avoid unfair use of this "initial battle pass" it would be limited to one time per mail. As you can see, the player will not be able to use his personal "stash" inventory until he reaches level 30, the objects are also all untradeable and the new player has the cash to purchase level 76 arcane equipment, without waiting months to find a good one event.

If im not mistaken, STS once said they dont need new player. They just need to keep the og stay. If they want to, there'll be ads on youtube about AL and many improvement on events and new player experience such as first purchase reward. Look at event now, all focusing on gold loot and endgame minion+boss ( low level, mid level cant kill without op set). How the hell you think new player know about gold loot when all event is gold loot based event?(basically only beneficial for those who already rich, so the rich keep getting richer while new player keeps crying attacking mobs.) I bet those richies dont even help newbie.
So i bet my wealth this wont happen, never in a million years.

I appreciate the thought you've put into the battle pass.

Reviewing/revamping the new player experience is on the list of things to do.

You are mistaken.

It should be limited to one phone per user, and the rewards aren't that op considering you can't even trade them and the max gold you'll get is like 2m? For 3 days of leveling?

Good day fellow player.
Firstly, you need to put into consideration that AL is a game that is over a decade old. I understand your Pov but you also need to understand that it is alot easier to create new ideas for the game and endgame content rather than revamping the old ones. Wild I understand your POV of AL needing a revamp so it can be more beginner friendly. I believe for the game's lifetime, the introduction is fairly easy to understand and get to the point.
With the saturation of games in the gaming market these days. Changing the beginning of AL would not do much for bringing in new players. You need also to remember that the STS team is not a vast majority where they can just change an entire gaming Introduction without affecting the other aspects of the game. I think the purpose of AL is not within the beginning or the storyline but it's within the player's community and interactiveness of events and end-game content.
Even AL were to revamp the starting maps and user interfaces to be more player friendly and interactive and promote new ads, etc. The time and cost factor it would take to do so would not ratio well with the amount of people that would actually start playing 1 and 2 actually invest money into the game.
You need to remember putting gaming aside, this is also a business they are running and all these things are a cost factor. If given the wish of a genie I'm sure STS would change so many things about AL but the time and cost factor to them would not be in their interest because the return rate is low.
In the end you need to remember the devs work hard to make a fun game but they also need to be compensated for the hard work they put in.

This system is nice but has 1 major flaw. I can easily make multiple characters on my account and farm for gold, potions and platinum.
Let's say that the devs patch this and decide to make it account locked so you can only do this once pet account.
What's stopping me from making clone accounts and spamming this idea.
To me personally, the best idea would be create a reward system just like the not too long added Login Reward System. Rather than a level reward system which will become void once I hit lvl86, A daily reward system would be more accurate with items which are account locked. Items like Potions, Untradeable crafting items. Smalls amount of gold and possible a platinum reward after a 28days interval period. Considering how much hours playing are willing to grind endgame maps, a system like this would definitely cause chaos in the community. But we do need a monthly quest & reward system. That I can say for sure.

You can't do that because it's limited to one time per email, not per account. I mention it right here.

Honestly, I don't think you have the time or the desire to create, for example, 20-30 emails and farm to level 30, in any case it could be easily patched through a mac address block. In any case, this would apply as follows: you start a new account and the path will begin to appear when you start from scratch, this includes old players. Once you level up, the rewards will be delivered automatically. At this time, it will be saved in a database that X player has started the path with the associated email and if they try to create a new account, they will not have the path available since is associated with another account (the name of the account that has been registered in the database.) within the same email.
