Updated and now my characters are gone?

I got the update for iOS on my iphone 4s. I log in using facebook and that seems to be fine until the game starts. I am taken to the character creation screen instead of my account. Am I doing something wrong or is anyone else having this problem?

I don't think it's associating your login with your account. It sounds like it wants to make a new account there.

Yesterday i was playin on m l66 bird on a seperate email around 10am, i logged out an.loged back a couple hours later.
It said my accnt didnt exist...
I already emailed sts..
No luck yet..
Still waitin on another reply back...
