We're ready for the next round of feedback on Account Rewards! The previous thread about account rewards is located here (link (https://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?747137)).

Age Rewards

We will be rewarding players that have played a long time with the 'Age' track. You will receive rewards at various tiers which are currently yearly up to 12. All accounts have an Account Created date which you can find in your Purchase History under My Account in the lobby. Age rewards are granted yearly from the Account Created date. For example, if your account started June 2020, your account is 4 years old and you will qualify up to the year 4 rewards.

Gold Name and Double Badges

Names appear in gold in the world. The secondary badge will appear slightly smaller to the right of your character name.

Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:


All rewards are account bound.
All badges and titles can be used on any character and count toward total badges/titles.
The badges and title chooser now has a new Account Rewards category.
All vanity items can be claimed on any character. All vanities are character bound. All vanities (except weapons) can be worn by any class. You can delete them and reclaim them again. You will also be able to obtain one additional vanity for display in your house.
Hardcore characters will be able to claim and use all rewards. The stash is not used with this system.
There are no additional rewards for accounts that max out on both the Age and Platinum tracks. These are meant to expand over time.
There are no new APs but the badges and titles do count toward existing APs.
Customer Support will not be merging accounts. If you have an old account A but purchase on account B, these are considered separate accounts and we will not move purchases nor dates from one account to another.

This is a fantastic Idea, and long overdue. I've had the "O.G." ( Original Gamer ) title idea for a while now, was going to make that suggestion. You beat me to it.
One thing. You gotta make that O.G. badge look super cool.
I never wear badges in game, not my thing. But I would wear that O.G. badge if it looks good :)

Few suggestions on the line for age rewards:

Helm:
Add a pike on top or try changing the desing to somewhat similar to herald helms, this one kinda looks like a scooter helm with goggles included.

Wings:
Cant really see them in the pica, can we get a gif on the animation to see how they look in game?

Weapons:
-Make the carved details in weapons have different color, rogue weapons are golden so carved details would stand out more if they were silver colored, whilst warriors weapons are silver so a gold carved detail would stand more.
-Increase the sycthe of the halberd on the warriors shield pretty please.
-Add subtle sparkle effect on rogue and warriors weapons.
-Add subtle gold/teal glow effect on sorcerer weapons.
-Increase bow size a tiny bit.

Years 9,10,11,12
-Add special emote that lets us pose as the statues in Garetta Village.
-Add a inspec window background, way less detailed than platinum rewards one.
-Add a Throne Furniture.
-Add a Silver colored name opposed to platinum rewards golden name.

Badges:
Change their shape to make en somewhat rounder, they kinda look like tombstones.

As fot the platinum rewards i think everything is fine as it is but some glowing effects to the vanity weapons/helm/armor would make them look a bit spookier imo, really good work with plat rewards.


Couple questions:
-Wearing full set gives any kind of extra visual effects such as emotes, vanity procs, etc?
-Im pretty sure they dont count but is the platinum obtained via play offers counted for platinum rewards?

I’ll give credit where credit is due. The platinum track is great. The vanities look worthy of the amount spent. The titles and badges are eye catching and decorative. The vanity weapons are powerful looking and different to what we have seen before.

The background for the high spending patrons is great. (Make the throne a furnishing item please). No one can complain about the Gold name and two badges for display. Ultimately, the platinum track is a 9.5/10. I think the aura could be more grand in scale, but the design is nice.

I think more work needs to be done to the age track, it’s subpar. Now, I don’t like to criticize something and not give solutions. So this is what I would change:
1)Aura Alternatives: Gold Vigilant Pavise aura, gold maul of ollerus proc aura, or gold kershal sceptor aura. Add some design to these already loved auras, it is less work for development and most players love them. It’s a Win-win.
2)Age badges. Great looking, but why purple? Make the purple background black instead-this way the badges look more timeless and classic.
3)The vanities have been criticized before. I like the crier heritage aspect of them, but the helm looks out of place. Add more of a knight look or crown. Ex)Voice of the order set, skyborn vanity set. A cape wouldn’t look bad either-the champions armor sets of the early seasons had great capes which were never re-used.
4)Weapons need a complete rework. They look like sticks. No one will use them. Add an effect to them-none of them have an effect from what i could see in the picture. I would redesign old weapons that are proven to be liked(Kershal, Maul, Hooks).

Overall, Age Track rating is a 5/10. We appreciate you being open to change and taking feedback. Thank you for your hard work STS.

I was sad to see [Double Badges] in very high spending rewards.

The vast majority of countries pay a lot on the platform and this expense would be absurd for some. I spent almost a salary to make a single recharge of 1.7k plat.

I think most people don't care about the color of titles and names.

However, [Double Badges] hurts self-esteem knowing that you are literally incapable of achieving something that will affect the game's appearance so much.

Very incredible work, both rewards for age and platinum are amazing.In some countries the cost of platinum is very high, you might want to consider lowering the amount of platinum required a little, or offering better platinum discounts, so that it doesn't seem impossible. Since in some countries the cost of the dollar is immense.

Hey Thank yall so much for the effort and the amazing rewards that yall made ! My only concern is about 3rd party plat offers. I’ve spent hundreds or even up to a thousand of $$$ on plat offers. It’ll suck to know that all of that money spent doesn’t count even though it’s still buying plat. I doubt and I’m sure it’s impossible for someone to even get 1k for free on plat offers unless they took years of saving up and doing them. I hope these can be included as the milestone for plat is honestly pretty high. Thank you guys so much for hearing us out and for these rewards! Much love !!!

O.G. shouldn't be "Time Playing" reward, but exclusive for those that were playing since the beginning, over time everyone will be able to play for 12 years, that doesn't make us O.G.

Also, gold name for Sir Spendsalot, he deserves it, also if possible bring his sass back, i remember him not being all too pleased when you tried to talk with him with no gold, always found the interaction funny.

Everyone can now log in and check their total platinum acquired and their total platinum purchased, platinum rewards only count the platinum purchased. This means all platinum acquired through offers (paid or free), or through platinum eggs, do not count towards the rewards. :)

The rewards are fine. I have some feedback.

Please increase the size of the auras and the size of the AGE reward Bow. It looks similar with nature bow. Please make it have the same size.

Regarding the threshold of platinum reward I have the same feeling as almost everybody here. 500k is way over our head especially for people who are not living in the North America.

I was hoping the plat rewards to be more focused on the majority of players who can achieve this. I thought 250k would have been enough in order to encourage people who are at 150-200k to go 250k. The gap between 300k to 500k and I dont really know if it’s worth it. A badge or a title would have been enough to be recognized for those amounts.

The BACKGROUND is nice, i thought it would be fair to be added to AGE Reward, is golden, fits with the theme of the age account reward.

if taken into the dollar or the euro this would be "cheap", however, taking into all the other currencies in the world it becomes a completely unattainable amount, since in many places the game's top-up currency (dollar) is enough to be 5x 6x plus the value of the currency of the player's country.

I know that they do not consider countries outside the dollar currency as a parameter for updates and packages, But I ask you to give this more visibility, please.

since a large portion of players do not live in the region where the game uses currency as a parameter, (500k platinum is 150k doll on my currency).

Furthermore, the offer system also works with payment in real money, not only with time, why it is not considered?

Plat rewards SHOULD be better than Veteran rewards since they are keeping the game afloat (ofc f2p contribute a lot but you know what I mean). But, you guys should at least improve the Veteran rewards a little bit... since f2p are also important assets to the game... It's low quality and the helm is ugly. The titles are great... weapons need a little improvement... badge background needs recoloring... a slight retouch on the Armor would be nice it looks like clay (sorry). It has similar quality to that black blood diver's vanity set that's like 40k lmao...

If there are no fish in the sea whales will die. We need both teams... whales and f2p

If you don't change anything at least for the love of God remove that biker helmet.

bro, there are really few, almost non-existent games that are going to give you additional and free content for your purchases or for your time in the game, great games like Fortnite, they give absolutely nothing, and I have bought all the passes of battle and many skins from season 1. And there I continue, what space time studios does is a way of saying thank you, they could never have done it for both f2p and p2p players.

People pay for everything everywhere. In gaming world I believe every game has stuff for sale, but which game stays strong for 12 years and going?
Also everyone should know that plat purchase is not the only income of this company and of this game particularly.

For me veteran category should be the greater and as many said, worldwide category, cuz of the currency differences.

We’ve always seen here plat buyers and f2p players arguing, now keeping same story line with this, even when it was originally announced as “age rewards”.
Old players were excited, no matter f2p or buyers, but now giving greater rewards to buyers made ppl argue again and disappointed many.

PS: Biggest flex in game are old OG vanities and banners, bounded first seasons stuffs, both for buyers and f2p players
PS: Yes it’s good idea diff colour name, and yes i do want this for playing 12 years along

Ye while appreciate the rewards, have to agree with ppl here that age vanities don't look very good. At least I wouldn't really consider wearing any of them as they are rn.

Some say plat track deserve better stuff cuz they keep the game running. They do indeed, but if there were no f2p players there would be no player base or economy. So I'd say they are both important, just in a different way. Therefore I was kinda expecting to see two sets of different rewards but just as good. Instead, the age ones seem completely unbalanced compared to the plat ones.

So as others have also said, this is what I would like to see change:
- improve age track vanities especially the helms, armors, staff and shield. They look very toy-ish, very simple designs and color palettes (compared to the plat vanities), weapons almost looking like some of the existing stuff in game
- make the bows longer on both tracks
- add some glow effects or particles on vanity weapons on both tracks
- the age track badges are a bit sad. I'm not sure what could be done here, but I can show u what I would like them to look like: https://imgur.com/a/YRA10Hs
- some exclusive new emotes for wearing full vanity sets on both tracks
- color the age track titles as well, maybe a light blue or silver will do
- auras should be simplified a bit and expanded both horizontally and vertically, with some particle effects etc

All vanities are claimable on all characters on the account. If you have 5 characters and have played for 10 years, every one of your characters can claim all the available vanities. You can even display the rogue outfit in your house if you're a warrior.

There is no animation for the Arcane Wings of Legend, if you web search 'cavalry wings' you can see our inspiration. The wings have also been adjusted and I've updated the screenshot. We're also looking at adjusting the banner position on the rogue/sorcerer so it doesn't intersect with the wings.

I’ll give credit where credit is due. The platinum track is great. The vanities look worthy of the amount spent. The titles and badges are eye catching and decorative. The vanity weapons are powerful looking and different to what we have seen before.

The background for the high spending patrons is great. (Make the throne a furnishing item please). No one can complain about the Gold name and two badges for display. Ultimately, the platinum track is a 9.5/10. I think the aura could be more grand in scale, but the design is nice.

I think more work needs to be done to the age track, it’s subpar. Now, I don’t like to criticize something and not give solutions. So this is what I would change:
1)Aura Alternatives: Gold Vigilant Pavise aura, gold maul of ollerus proc aura, or gold kershal sceptor aura. Add some design to these already loved auras, it is less work for development and most players love them. It’s a Win-win.
2)Age badges. Great looking, but why purple? Make the purple background black instead-this way the badges look more timeless and classic.
3)The vanities have been criticized before. I like the crier heritage aspect of them, but the helm looks out of place. Add more of a knight look or crown. Ex)Voice of the order set, skyborn vanity set. A cape wouldn’t look bad either-the champions armor sets of the early seasons had great capes which were never re-used.
4)Weapons need a complete rework. They look like sticks. No one will use them. Add an effect to them-none of them have an effect from what i could see in the picture. I would redesign old weapons that are proven to be liked(Kershal, Maul, Hooks).

Overall, Age Track rating is a 5/10. We appreciate you being open to change and taking feedback. Thank you for your hard work STS.

The account rewards must more rewarding for players that spend time and money in game, these rewards should also affect
talents (passives ones which is useless atm).

For every year a player spent this will increase by a prefixed 1 talent point to all the passives by either players had spend or not talent points on these talents (they will increase by account rewards regardless of points spend).

Examples:
Damage modifier +0.50% by 1 talent point
Gold loot +1% by 1 talent point
Critical chance +0,60% by 1 talent point
Every passive talent (not mentioned and in this category) will be affected

For every 1.000 platinum purchases player +1 prefixed talent point to all passives.

Once all passive talent points reach 100% they will not increase anymore by account rewards.
Where is 5/5 are meant to be 5/100 but the limit for players should be 5/5 only account rewards should increase the limit beyond 5 to a maximum of 100.

The account rewards must more rewarding for players that spend time and money in game, these rewards should also affect
talents (passives ones which is useless atm).

For every year a player spent this will increase by a prefixed 1 talent point to all the passives by either players had spend or not talent points on these talents (they will increase by account rewards regardless of points spend).

Examples:
Damage modifier +0.50% by 1 talent point
Gold loot +1% by 1 talent point
Critical chance +0,60% by 1 talent point
Every passive talent (not mentioned and in this category) will be affected

For every 10.000 platinum purchases player +1 prefixed talent point to all passives.

Once all passive talent points reach 100% they will not increase anymore by account rewards.
Where is 5/5 are meant to be 5/100 but the limit for players should be 5/5 only account rewards should increase the limit beyond 5 to a maximum of 100.

Few suggestions on the line for age rewards:

Helm:
Add a pike on top or try changing the desing to somewhat similar to herald helms, this one kinda looks like a scooter helm with goggles included.

Wings:
Cant really see them in the pica, can we get a gif on the animation to see how they look in game?

Weapons:
-Make the carved details in weapons have different color, rogue weapons are golden so carved details would stand out more if they were silver colored, whilst warriors weapons are silver so a gold carved detail would stand more.
-Increase the sycthe of the halberd on the warriors shield pretty please.
-Add subtle sparkle effect on rogue and warriors weapons.
-Add subtle gold/teal glow effect on sorcerer weapons.
-Increase bow size a tiny bit.

Years 9,10,11,12
-Add special emote that lets us pose as the statues in Garetta Village.
-Add a window background, way less detailed than platinum rewards one.
-Add a Throne Furniture.
-Add a Silver colored name opposed to platinum rewards golden name.

Badges:
Change their shape to make en somewhat rounder, they kinda look like tombstones.

As fot the platinum rewards i think everything is fine as it is but some glowing effects to the vanity weapons/helm/armor would make them look a bit spookier imo, really good work with plat rewards.


Couple questions:
-Wearing full set gives any kind of extra visual effects such as emotes, vanity procs, etc?
-Im pretty sure they dont count but is the platinum obtained via play offers counted for platinum rewards?

I never post but am coming on to say this is sick. STS giving free titles, badge, vanity no matter how you support them.

It’s like being on the Oprah show and she gives away all this free stuff.

Nothing impacts the game. Nobody will be a better player. You get a whole load of inconsequential items to the game to do as you please.

Wear it. Don’t wear it. Put it in your house. Mix and match. You can even delete it then get another one.

Imagine logging in and having all these new items for free. Not grinding a map or spending any gold.

Slap an Arcane Legends Symbol on the chest and shoulder pads of one of these and it’s an Arcane Legends pass :3 at the end of the day STS will do what ever they want. My suggestion is Mix 10m vanity set with forerunner and call it a day. It’s a veteran set, make it look like a veteran who’s been fighting for years but has had the honor of winning and losing battles is my take on this.

Also is there a possibility of changing the 200,000P-500,000P reward brackets to 125,000 - 150,000 - 175,000 - 200,000? The gaps between 100,000P and 500,000P are bit excessive and are bit underwhelming considering how much is required. I think the 200,000P+ brackets deserves an entirely new set of vanities/badges/titles/backgrounds to be worked on in the future for the players who’ve acquired such amounts, hopefully similar additions can be worked on with the Age Track for 10+ Year brackets.

Here's what changes we're making (details will be made available when everything's done):

BOTH: Increased size of bow, dagger, and aura
AGE: Added OG icon
AGE: Reworked the helmet
PLATINUM: Added a throne furnishing at 2500P (this is the same throne in the Golden Sanctum)

Here's what changes we're debating (but haven't decided yet)

AGE: We're looking at adding a vanity trail effect (wear weapon, armor, and helm).
AGE: A special emote that turns your character into a dragon for a few seconds
AGE: Enter fx, you won't see exit fx, so no point in those.

AGE/PLATINUM/BOTH refers to what rewards track is affected.

Highly appreciated modifications, Hope the halberd's scythe in age path also gets resized a bit bigger.
Any chance the age path weapons details that are currently hardly visible can have their color changed into silver and gold to contrast each weapons?

You will receive rewards at various tiers which are currently yearly up to 12. Age rewards are granted yearly from the Account Created date. For example, if your account started June 2020, your account is 4 years old and you will qualify up to the year 4 rewards.

Just Love it! I may not see the fx exit, but hahaha wow, that design is beautiful, and I wouldn't care if I don't see it. Let others see that I have been an age user since 2012 and notice my presence with this effect is all that is good <3

And I don't know, I get crazy ideas, if this could be a new vanity in the future. Imagine entering in a city or a map like the portal of Rick and Morty ahaha, and the possibilities increase with seasonal events in Arlor, Christmas can be auroras, Halloween lightning, clouds, blood xd

The special age emote didn't make it, but we can add it in the future. There's a bit of functionality that's required in a future app update before I can do this.

The spawn-in and the trail age vanity set effect made it.
