Lvl3s should be able to trade

I think sts can do lvl3s tradeable after like 90 days opening the acc?

We had so many issues with low-level accounts trade scamming we implemented what we have now. I guess I could see 90d after your character has been created you're granted the trade flag if you choose not to level up your character.

We'll reconsider this when we 'embrace level 1'.

Great Idea having low levels be able to trade, but rather 90 day countdown.
I think it would be better if you can trade at lvl1+ if you already have a character about 81+ or something like that.
That would confirm that they are an experienced player.
