First, thank you so much for rewarding founding members of AL, I very much appreciate it. I seem to be missing some 200,000 Platinum tier rewards. Can you look into it. Also, I don't see a link to message customer support, can we still message customer support?

What rewards are you missing? Have you claimed them?

First, thank you so much for rewarding founding members of AL, I very much appreciate it. Kinda makes up a little bit when I lost several thousand dollars worth of gear when STS deleted my account by accident.
I'm missing the rewards for having purchased 200,000 platt.
My current issue is I had 220,000 of purchased platt when i made the above comment... that's why i made the request. After I posted the above comment now I magically only have 199,840 of purchased platt... what the heck is going on? Please explain?
I've been playing AL a long time...I am only 4 days away from my 12th year of playing AL✨️

The lower-left corner of the Purchase History page under My Account should show how much Platinum you've acquired and how much Platinum you've purchased directly. If you subtract purchased from acquired, that is the amount you received via other methods (offers, event rewards, etc.).
Platinum account rewards use directly purchased Platinum.

Under Account Rewards Platinum tab why did it change from 220,000 purchased to 199,840 purchased after I inquired? If there was an error, hopefully you can correct it.
